“She didn’t think men did that anymore. Warmth settled in her middle as she stared up at him. He acted as though he were some old-world gentleman instead of a twenty-first century kidnapper. Not only did the man have manners, he had the most adorable dimple when he smiled. She wanted to reach up and feel it. The urge to reach up and touch that delightful hollow in his cheek was almost overpowering. Somehow, she managed to keep her hands fisted at her sides.
