She’d been in elegant old Parisian apartments, with woodworked walls and gold swirls, but this was over the top. Obviously, this mind-numbing décor had given rise to the idea of a pure white party. She joined Man at the French windows and, taking his hand, looked out on the large green lawn. The stage and dance floor were finished.
“Monsieur, madame.”
