Colette peered out the window of he...r bedroom suite. Central Park spread out below her, reminding her in some mystical way how small she was, how minute her success. In the vast scheme of things, she was nothing more than a speck. A gnat in the span of time.
But for the little girl who’d lost her parents, her innocence, her one true love, her sister, her . . . everything, not even the great park could contain her heartaches.
