He winked at her and sauntered off to select the best champagne.
‘So, Anna, this place is darling.’ Luc...inda looked around, ‘I love it.’ ‘Well, it’s no New York.’ Anna tried to sound casual. They had mentioned the job briefly on the walk over to the restaurant and she found the reality of it suddenly terrifyingly daunting. A pipe dream of escape was completely different to the real thing.
