“Seven “Where is she?” Sam demanded, ignoring the man’s protests and the whisky bottle he brandished menacingly. The man jerked a thumb in the direction of the screams and a moment later she and Sam were in a bedroom facing the sight of the teenage girl, writhing on an unmade bed in a tangle of sheets.
