The Communion of the Holy Spirit
“First, there should be no conscious undealt sin in the heart; second, there must be hunger in the spirit: “I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and streams upon the dry ground; I will pour my Spirit upon thy seed, and my blessing upon thine offspring” (Is. 44.3); and third, there needs to be fervent prayers: “These all with one accord continued steadfastly in prayer” (Acts 1.14a); “when the day of Pentecost was now come, they were all together in one place. .
