The mark and her friend walked around the flat, still unable to believe that a place in such a prime location was available at such a low price. I had already anticipated this and was waiting for the inevitable question: why so cheap?
“There are two reasons,” I told them. “First, the client needs to rent the space immediately so it is pr...iced to attract tenants quickly. Second, the lease is for only three months at a time, as the owner might return home within a year or two. In my experience, it’s more likely they will be gone for much longer. The weather in California is so much nicer than it is here!”
