On the dais for the symposium were several scholars and law professors, along with a moderator. Len Redgrove was at the podium. He was the final speaker.
The professor was sixty, with short, pure-white hair and bifocals perched on the end of his nose. He was dressed casually in a tweed jacket, but with a plaid shirt that clashed with his tie. He had a familiar, almost folksy way about him as he spoke, though his content was erudite, even lofty. Typical Len Redgrove.
