...ly no idea what kind of minefield he’s about to walk into and I find that as I stand there listening to my dad stomp across the wood floor above us, there is no time to explain it to him.  I’m not even sure if I could find the words.
    “Cassidy,” he says almost soothingly, “everything’s going to be okay.  Come on, let’s go upstairs.”
    I want to laugh.  No… not laugh.  I want to run and hide.  My dad is the absolute last person I want to face.  But there’s no choice.
