Being an avid Dave Ramsey listener, I heard of this book a few years ago. Recently, I found myself in a place feeling very unhappy and unsatisfied with my work. There are a lot of things that I would like to do and am good at, but I haven't actually started working on them. This book gave me the motivation to start. Jon presents the information in a very organized fashion, and gives action steps in order to get started on working towards "your awesome". He out helps to uncover a few mysteries and myths about pursuing your passions. I feel as though he was speaking directly to me! This is definitely a great read (listen) if you know that there is greatness inside of you and you're just not sure where to START.
