‘Half a mo’,’ said Sammy, ‘we’ve already got one American in the family. Our Patsy. But she comes from Boston. Chicago, well, I don’t know. Doesn’t Al Capone live there?’ ‘Crikey, we don’t know any Al Capone,’ said Phoebe.
