Then again, maybe I am the problem. I can’t really tell since I always take my side. I never care enough to see anyone else’s point of view. I’m not the type of person to walk into a situation and understand the conflict. I take a side based on my gut, never my head.
When our schedules finally link up, we end up at his place. Rather than make out or even talk, Donovan sulks next to me. He knows I’m grumpy. I know he’s upset I’m grumpy. We should shake off our bad moods and enjoy our evening together. That’s what Justice and Court would do. They’d probably be humping in a corner while the kids watched TV.
