“I asked, knocking lightly on her door. “You decent?”
I waited for a reply but I didn’t hear one so I assumed she must still be in the shower. I don’t know why I did it but I went ahead and walked into her room, hoping to just let her know the pizza was on its way and walk out before I saw anything.
I knew I shouldn’t have walked into her room. Something in the back of my mind told me that I wasn’t ready for what awaited me behind that door but I shook it off. I turned the knob and quietly enter...ed her room and what I saw almost took the breath out of me and changed my life forever.
As soon as I stepped into her bedroom my eyes immediately landed on a completely naked and wet Sadie just stepping out of the shower onto her rug. She’d left the bathroom door open and was obviously not expecting me to walk into her room uninvited.
