As the forest got denser, and leafless, long-armed branches brushed their faces and scratched at their arms, Hayde...n slowed them to a jog but didn’t stop. The glare of the three quarters room dimmed, until it was almost invisible, as they ran deeper into the woods, her shifter senses navigating easily in the darkest of nights.
