“Mary smiled triumphantly. Back at Britt’s place, she gathered her things from the coffee table and couch and stuffed them in the duffle bag. “So, your hunky Andre’s a Dom?”
“He’s not my Andre. And he’s not a Dom, at least not in the purest sense of the word, I guess.”
“Whatever that means.” Mary zipped her bag then slung it over her shoulder.
“My thoughts exactly.”
“Sorry about abandoning you, by the way, but I figured you needed a little space. After the first sentence, I was squirming. I had to get outta there. Shit, that man can talk dirty. Is there anything he can’t do?”
Not that I can tell. “I’m sure he has his shortcomings. All men do.”
“True, but he seems to have a few more…uh…strengths than the average guy.” Mary winked. “So, are you going to see him again?”
“Maybe. And it’s okay you abandoned me. I found you, eventually,” Britt said, stifling both a hint of jealousy over her friend’s obvious lust over Andre and the truth about how pissed she’d gotten at the club.
