The morning Mr. Stevens entered my life began just like any other. It was a Monday morning, and as usual we were getting crushed. By 7:30 AM, we had a line of impatient, caffeine-starved businessmen stretching out to the door. As anyone who’s worked in retail knows, when things get that crazy, your body goes on auto-pilot.
