That was the one that you were supposed to be smart enough to figure out on your own, but you didn’t, you miserable loser. You failed and now you must die.” Her mouth began to open wide. Wide enough that I knew that she wasn’t going to bite me or drain me. She was going to swallow me whole. I opened my mouth to scream, and that was when I woke up. I gasped as my eyes shot open. I quickly took in my surroundings as I tried to calm myself down. Matt and Carlos were sleeping soundly on either side of me. ‘Relax, Sarah. It was only a dream,’ I tried to tell myself.
