Freezing in place, Lexi realized that Sloan was still deep in sleep, his breath deep and steady. Taking a few deep breaths herself, Lexi gently clasped Sloan’s wrist with her index finger and thumb, and slowly lifted it and placed it back on his thigh. She then scooted away from his hard body.
