"You've taken out your eyebrow ring." "The piercings too. I thought maybe it turned Richard off." She snapped the book shut. "How did last night go?" I wasn't sure how much to say. I was having trouble deciphering what was a dream and what had actually taken place.
"I don't remember much, except a lot of candles and two odd men. Friends of Cedric. They seemed nice enough." I didn't tell her I'd been drugged again.MoreLess
