Colin greeted her as she approached. “Morning, Boss Lady. I thought you’d be early, time change and all.” He lifted one of the cups out of the cardboard holder. “And Harper here delivered croissants straight from Paris.” His lips curved into a smile but the question in his eyes was impossible to miss.MoreLess
