“‘Yeah,’ I replied reluctantly. ‘I guess she needs friends but I’m glad you’re coming too.’ Last time I was up at the Mori’s apartment, visiting the cats, Riko was moaning that Porchester Park was like a prison and how she was going crazy. While I was there, she asked her dad if she could go shopping with me now that we were friends. Friends?
