    Liam takes his hand out of his pocket. Raising it, he points southeast. “He was running that way. I yelled for him to stop. He looked at me but kept running.” He shifts his weight from

    “Don’t you worry about that.” Instructor Filomena tries but, in my opinion, fails to sound soothing. “Come with me. We can cover a wider area if we work together.”
    “Okay.” Liam takes a step to the left and stops next to the stump—I’m guessing to block Instructor Filomena’s view of me.
