The 12th floor where the restaurant was located was circular, with a glass elevator that traveled though the center of the building. Once the doors opened, the maitre d’ greeted the guest and asked their names. As the couple in front of her responded, TK looked around and immediately wished she had brought her camera to capture the exquisite view from the windows.

“Yes, thank you. I am meeting Jason Davies.”
“Ah, Mademoiselle Kendrick,” he smiled.
“Yes,”
she returned his smile.
“Right this way.” The maitre d’ took her behind the elevator area to a smaller, and as hard as it was to believe, more beautiful room than the exterior.
