“As they took their seats in the back of the classroom, Alayne breathed a sigh of relief. “I don’t think Daymon’s going to be in this one with us.” Jayme glanced sideways at her. “Yeah, he’s kind of a jerk, isn’t he?” He pulled out his textbook and dropped it onto the table just as Professor Grady Sprynge stepped onto the podium.
