“I said, grabbing his arm and standing on my tippy toes to get a good view. I half expected him to yell just kidding as I leaned in closer. He didn’t, and the ragged bite mark was still there.

“Well, you ...bit me, too! So now we’re even,” I said, showing him my neck. He glanced over and did a double take. He grabbed my neck and pulled me closer. He started wiping my neck and moving my shirt around. I was just about to ask him what he was doing when he let go and answered.
