““I hope you have a drawer full of those.” She raised herself up and gave him a teasing look.
Logan grinned at her. “Don’t worry. If we run out and you get pregnant, I’ll make an honest woman of you.”
Although he was joking, his words touched a place in her heart. If she hadn’t been so naive ten years ago, she’d already be his wife and maybe they’d have had children. But that could never happen now. “Right. And you’d move to Houston?” She shook her head. “I don’t think so.”
