As soon as I’d returned from Hel, Gregory and I had shut down the manticore gate, located and shut down the melusine gate, then picked up take-out barbeque on the way back to my house.

“Azreala.” Candy gave me a quick smile. “Seemed fitting to name my daughter’s firstborn after the Iblis, and both parents agreed.”
