“Sadie loved seeing Paris throw her head high, her ears swiveling forward then back, tuned in to Sadie’s commands. Of course, there were no commands, and there wouldn’t be. All Sadie had to do was give Paris a slight squeeze on the ribs or lay the reins easily on her neck. The communication between the two was so complete as to be almost imperceptible.
