Her teenage years had been filled with a lot of heavy responsibility. For the first time in her life she felt like a naughty child creeping home. The back door was open as she walked through. Her aunt was in the kitchen cleaning up from lunch.
"Aaaah, the prodigal child returns." Katie flushed guiltily. "I'm sorry, Aunt Penny. I hope I didn't put you or Uncle Allen out." "Katie, love, I think we should establish some ground rules.
