Femi was talking to Phoenix and giving him what she picked up. Holden came to stand next to me, hair wet and clean clothes on. He didn’t say anything, just stared in at the kid. What happened out there wasn’t like anything I had seen before. Not only were his eyes on fire when he came out, but as he fought, his entire body erupted into blue flames that he didn’t seem to notice.
