“Elizabeth stretched for the millionth time since she’d awakened in the hammock, sprawled over Sullivan’s chest. “And my dress is a mess.” The skirt had been wadded between them all night.
He tossed her a t-shirt. “Just wear this. People will think you have a bathing suit underneath, and we’re heading to the water anyway, as soon as you get your suit from your room.”
She held up the faded shirt with his school mascot, a surfer, naturally. She imagined the soft fabric snug against his chest, and ...tugged it over her head. “It’s a little short.”
He grinned. “Looks great to me.”
She pushed at his chest when he slid his hands down over her ass. “You’re insatiable.”
“First complaint I’ve heard.”
“And last,” she admitted, when he trailed soft kisses along her throat.
*** They didn’t get out on the water for another hour, and when they did, Elizabeth’s legs were shaky.
She had trouble getting up on the board, and fell again and again.
