Amy suggested the visit after revealing her supply contacts said these clothes, discovered in storage, were going on sale. Some of the clothes for sale were left over from the 1980s and were still usable, but we focused on picking up the newest stuff that would fit.
That the base personnel would take ammunition in exchange for goods struck me as another innovation from the colonel.MoreLess
