Ralf paced in front of her as she sat in their old apartment. He’d grabbed her yesterday and kept her hostage so far. At least he’d fed her, which was okay. She was so damn mad at him for dragging her back to Sinners’ Corner.
“Going to the city is not the answer.” He was doing a lot of pacing, and he seemed to look a little strange.
She snorted. “It wasn’t your decision to make.” A few months ago Ralf had decided... to walk out on her, quit his deputy position, and go back to the Saints and Sinners MC. Sarah glared at the man she had been in love with for so long, but now, she was just angry with him. Ralf had left her, and when she had decided to move away he’d finally grown some balls. It was too late, and she was ready to move on.
