“She told herself that she wasn’t bothered about seeing him, yet she had showered and pulled on her favourite tight jeans and green jumper that dipped just above her breasts. She had just put the water on to boil for more coffee when she heard a knock and her door open and slam shut. That could only mean one of her brothers was coming to visit.
