The older I get the more I see our struggles for what they are, but still I think our efforts have a certain brave, tender optimism that must touch the heart of God. I never asked to know what was coming. No one had... ever read my palm or tried to see my future in the bottom of a teacup, and I wouldn’t have wanted them to.
