“I had never had a girl react the way that she had. I could see the terror in her eyes as I pulled my hand away. At that moment, I decided to find out what or who it was that had hurt this girl so badly that she couldn't even stand to be touched. I wanted to protect her with everything in me, more than I had ever wanted to protect anybody. My mom once told me that the hardest girl to get, would be the easiest to love.
