Dreams can last for any length of time and can be anything from memories to images or surroundings. Dreams can trigger your emotions during sleep from happy, upset to even frightened.
I skimmed down the page which was just more explanations about standard dreams not what I was looking for. I flicked through the pages, half of ...the book was dedicated to dreams and the different meanings behind them. There seemed to be an explanation for everything ranging from what the hidden meaning behind eating an apple was to what seeing a white rabbit meant. The last section immediately jumped out at me. Titled 'Dream Linking'.
