“After the previous night’s antics, and Megan finally making it back to him, she had been very wound up. It had been Aiden Bailey as suspected. Even his fans, apparently, weren’t off limits to his arrogant, bullying behaviour. Toby had promised her that Aiden would be taught a lesson, just not before their headline appearance. They had promised to get through the rest of the festival without further drama.
They were watching Jake Bugg, and Megan couldn’t hold her need to pee. ‘...I promise I’ll be back soon.’ She had walked the festival site the previous day multiple times helping Jade and was fully aware of her surroundings now. It was a few minutes’ walk to the nearest loos, but luck was also on her side as the queue wasn’t as bad as it had been on previous occasions.
