It made a certain amount of sense, Nero supposed, avoiding as it did all of the risks associated with assembling the ruling council in one location, but he still couldn’t help but feel that there was something missing. There had been a definite value to sitting in the same room as his fellow G.L.O.V.E. commanders, risky as it may have been.
