“I smiled down on Kennedy as she rolled her eyes and strolled past me into the house. I closed the door and took the few strides to catch up with her, pulling her back by the wrist.
“Hey. What’s wrong with you?”
She looked me dead in my eyes to ask, “Do you have any alcohol here?”
I frowned, wanting to pull her into an embrace but not wanting to overstep since I could pretty much assume her attitude had something to do with Landon.
“Damn. That bad huh?”
