“He passed through the metal detectors without event, turned left down the hallway, and located Courtroom No. 2, one of two traffic courtrooms in the building. Ahmed sat in the second row and watched the parade of American reprobates arriving for their day in court.

Within a few minutes of one another, three of Barnes’s best operatives took their spots in the courtroom.
