“Hey, guys!” Chuck called out from behind the counter.
We all waved. Matthew was busy tearing up his paper napkin with his fork, while Mary was preening, running her hands through her hair every five seconds. I realized that Tony, the adorable Italian boy who was in her class, was sitting by the window with his family.
