“Grady asked, stretching his long legs out in front of him as he relaxed on the couch in James’ office.
“An hour ago,” James said, rubbing his forehead.
“Why did you wait so long to call him?”

“It’s almost four,” Grady pointed out.

“He’s a mean little thing,” James said.
