Construction Drawings and Technical Specifications provide additional detail regarding what is required of the Remediation Contractor for the excavation activities. The Site was historically used for vehicle maintenance, and contained a service/gas station, garage, laundry with dry cleaning facility, crematory, paint shop, power house/steam plant, fuel oil storage, and fuel oil distribution lines, occupational therapy building, warehouses, isolation ward and prison, wagon shed, and an incinerator.
