“With the sun, I immediately thought of him and his sun-kissed skin. Fresh tears welled. I rolled out of bed, trying to push them down. I took a deep breath, gazing around my room, or rather, what was my room through this afternoon. I didn’t have much in here. The only pictures on my walls were all handmade one-of-a-kind pieces from the pack young. My heart swelled at the sight of their colorful masterpieces. I would miss them.
