Some people are saying that Orlando Muniz is responsible for this outrag...e. It might seem to many to be a logical conclusion to draw after what they saw on TV the other night. But anyone who does would be wrong. You have to evaluate Senhor Muniz’s previous actions in the context of the situation at the time.
