“'I know you don't think so now, Jade, but once the baby arrives, life will start getting better for you again.' Jade stopped crying, dried her eyes with a tissue and gave her friend a half-smile. 'Maybe you're right. I've got to try and be strong. I just can't imagine life without him, Kirsty. He was my life and I loved him so much.
