We argued about who would push Gordon's enormous English carriage and compromised, each of us walking with one hand on the high handle. "He always gave it to me, because you were too little." There was no way to argue with her, because my memories were gone. "He would give it to me now, though. I'm not too little now." Jess shrugged.
