“I’m simply feeling the stress of the search. I know we’re close to finding the artifact, but I’m afraid the Praetorians aren’t far behind us.”
“I could maybe buy that story, if it wasn’t for the fact that you fa...inted. Stress didn’t have a fucking thing to do with your swooning.” Cleo emphasized the word “swooning” in a somewhat sarcastic fashion. “That message scared the piss out of you.”
“Must you use such language?”
“If memory serves, not more than fifteen minutes ago, you said fotte.”
