Maurice Chase Burritt (1883-1959) was an American Agriculturist and professor of the Department of Pomology at Cornell University. In 1908 he was graduated from Cornell University. He was a vice-director and later director of Extension, Cornell University from 1917 until 1924. He was a member of the board of the Western New York Fruit Growers Cooperative Packing Association in 1924.
